Rafhizah, affectionately known as Fhizah or Kecik, has been working in this department for close to 5 years. She had joined since the H1N1 outbreak, and then the visiting policy was very strict. She had seen many changes in this department, from the visiting policy to the way of visitor registration. With the system in place, she finds that it is more useful and less crowd to handle as compared to previous way of registration.

Fhizah loves to watch movies and playing her hand phone all the times to keep her entertained when she is not bored. She also stayed in this department because she loves to meet new faces and her colleague that make her look forward to come work. She is also saving up for her wedding and enjoy learning from the experience she faces from the daily challenges at work.

Fhizah is talented in dancing and has performed at 2012 Christmas despite feeling shy when performing on stage. She loves wearing black tops where she can match with many options and also eating vanilla ice cream which she will go “MmMmM YUMMY” whenever she eat that.

Fhizah hopes that the afternoon shift could be pushed forward an hour, eg 12pm - 9pm as by the time everyone reach home after a afternoon shift, they will be tired and often not able to do things as they needed to prepare to rest for next day's work. Also, she hopes she will be able to get married in 5 years time and move into her new home.
