Samaniah as known as cheerful Sam, is married with 2 adorable daughters and 1 hero son. She loves to cook for her family and also window shopping with her daughter during her free time. She prefers spending time with her family compared to her friends. She been working in TTSH for 5 years since January 2009 and loves working here as it is very convenient for her to travel to and fro from work.

Working as PIA she has encountered several sad situations. She remembers one incident very clearly in her mind, despite several years have passed. She had been approached by a group of anxious family members who requested for a wheelchair as one of their members had collapsed. She explained that the one who had collapsed will not be able to sit in a wheelchair and quickly went to get help to get the stretcher. However, when the assistance arrived, the patient had passed on.

Hence, Sam tries to provide the best service she could and as a result, she received compliments and people are influenced by the warm smiles that she gives to everyone who she encounter. Samaniah's role model is fellow colleague, Rose, as she is very helpful, hardworking, and treats everyone in her team fairly.

Samaniah hopes to see a change in the information counters and want to stay healthy for the rest of her life.
