Apologies for the long hiatus!

This month we resumed our Coffee Connection and shared some updates with the team.

The warriors went through the beExceptional refresher course in June with our trainer Sue, from HRD. It was observed that our warriors were very positive and excited over this refresher that they were eager and willing to learn to improve themselves! Sue also had some observations she shared with us on the team...

Willing to learn, more proactive than the previous session in last Nov. They sound more confident and calm, and are open to suggestions & feedbacks. I enjoyed the training with the team as they were receptive and demonstrated interest to improve themselves!

We also presented the long-waited prizes for the teams for the Potluck Tea sessions. The two winning teams walked away with $100 Swensen's vouchers while the other teams walked away with Royce Chocolate. We hope you guys enjoyed the treats and also the fun planning/making the dishes then!




Some other updates were to share on our PAMs in the team: Alice, Betsy & Rose! Betsy and Rose were our newly appointed PAMs this year, and we look forward to their contributions soon! Look out for the service initiatives that they will be introducing soon! (; We also like to thank Ivan & Sam for their efforts while they were the appointed PAMs before Betsy & Rose.



Thibah also have been awarded with a $5 NTUC voucher to appreciate the DIB idea she implemented - to tidy up the wires at our counters as they are in a mess and of a safety hazard. We also gave out the rest of the gifts for the Service Stars'13 to the staffs whom we have missed out during the giving out session!
