Featured Star of the Week: Thibah

Thibah
Service Ambassador
33 years old

Thibah, a woman with confidence who has been in the department since 2 years ago, likes to read books by Danielle Steel. She loves baking, spends her off days with her family and her dog, Scooby Doo. She recently find herself having a talent in doing the Indian Rangoli Kolam which is a form of art drawn with rice or chalk powder in front of the homes. She is also very confident in performing, recalling how she once did a classical dance performance in the temple when she was young, and also performing during the year end party last year.

Thibah admits that she wasn't a patient person and have issues controlling her emotions when she first started working in the department. Having to deny visitors' visits and enduring the stress/frustrations vented by the visitors, she finds herself getting angry at them during the transaction as well. Thanks to one of her supervisors, Winnie, she is now able to control her emotions and understands the nature of her job better. She is grateful for the patience and guidance Winnie gave her, and this had made an impact to her deeply.

She looks forward to advance in her career, and hopes to widen her knowledge in her line of work.
